Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before arrival for Toronto airports, and 3 hours in advance for Hamilton and nearby areas.
No-Show Charges
If a passenger leaves without informing Elite Livery, the full Toronto airport limo fare will be charged.
Complimentary Waiting Time
30 minutes after scheduled arrival for domestic flights, and 45 minutes for international flights.
Your flight is closely monitored and your Pearson airport limo is dispatched in advance, ready and waiting. After collecting your luggage, head to the prearranged pickup area and call our office at 437-438-5466.
Provide your name to our dispatcher so they can quickly locate your reservation. Our dispatcher will guide you to your designated pickup point just outside your terminal. If you’re unable to find your chauffeur, please contact our office immediately.
